Nie tak córki moje; bo żałość moja większa jest niźli wasza, gdyż się obróciła przeciwko mnie ręka Pańska. Ale one podniósłszy głos swój, znowu płakały. I pocałowała Orfa świekrę swoję; a Ruta została przy niej.
