Disciples of Jesusਨਮੂਨਾ

Growing in Freedom by Spending Time in God’s Word
So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, "If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." John 8:31-32 (ESV).
A mark of a disciple of Jesus is growing in freedom by spending time in God’s Word. Spending time in God’s Word is essential for spiritual growth and freedom. As we immerse ourselves in scripture, we discover truths that liberate us from the bondage of sin and ignorance. True discipleship involves a continuous journey of learning and transformation through God’s Word.
Reflect on how you can create more consistent time in your daily routine to spend in God’s Word. What steps can you take to prioritize this important practice?
Prayer: Father God, Thank you for the gift of your Word that guides and frees us. Help me to develop a deep and consistent habit of spending time in the Bible. Open my eyes to the truths within it, and transform my life through your teachings. In Jesus name, Amen.
