This involves dedicating ourselves to constant communion with Him through prayer, Bible reading, and meditating on His Word. Just as our physical body needs daily food to stay healthy, our soul needs to be nourished daily by the presence of Christ.

Spend some time reflecting on your relationship with Christ. Are you feeding on Him daily? There may be times when routine and daily concerns pull us away from this essential practice. Make a commitment to deepen your walk with Jesus, seeking a more intimate and continuous connection with Him.
