Wealthy Women ProsperSample
It’s Day 10, and my prayer for you is that the reality of being a wealthy woman has become prevalent in your spirit. I pray that you have a refreshed sense of what being a wealthy woman means for you and understand one of the patterns in the Bible that leads you to wealth.
As we end this plan, you can embrace the fact that you were always meant to be wealthy, not simply for your own purposes, but because God orchestrated divine wealth to help you establish His covenant on the earth.
“And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.” Deuteronomy 8:18 (NKJV)
It is important to note that your power to obtain wealth is not for personal riches, as some prosperity doctrines inaccurately teach. God gives the power to obtain wealth to those who remember Him, with the intention that this wealth helps to establish His covenant, or promises, in the world.
Remembering God means keeping Him in the center of our lives. There are so many things that compete for our attention, distracting us from God’s goodness. When we remember God, we are recounting who He is, what He has done, and what He has promised to do. Our thoughts center on Him, and we choose to believe God over any other person’s opinion, any thought, and any situation we could be informed by.
The mention of wealth in Deuteronomy 8:18 is transformative. In the original Hebrew text, this mention of wealth is the word ‘Chayil,’ which means strength. Isn’t it interesting that the word strength was translated into the word wealth?
When you develop the strength, you can hold your container. When you develop strength, you can receive the blessing. When you develop the strength, you are considered wealthy, and God can use you, equipping you with more than you need to impact the world around you.
You do this by showing up with Him in the center of your life, giving Him glory in all you do. This means that you:
- Prioritize your daily time with God.
- You spend time in prayer, which is talking to God.
- You allow time for meditation on His Word, according to Joshua 1:8.
- You sacrifice your will for His.
- You remain sub to His mission, moving only when He moves.
- Your surrender is continual and intentional, allowing Him to heal you.
- You develop the strength, or chayil, which always translates into wealth in your life.
- You remain humble, giving God the glory, even when He elevates you.
There’s more, but this is a good start as we progress into our journey as wealthy women!
Let’s continue keeping Christ in the center of our lives because that’s the best way to show up daily.
