The news of the love that Jesus has for us isn’t meant to stay with just you. This eternal life isn’t meant for you to hide and keep to yourself. Think about this for a minute! When you hear a new song that is amazing or see a hysterical video on Instagram or TikTok, you don’t keep it to yourself, do you? You share it and tell everyone around you about this new thing you just found. You desire for others to experience the same joy or laughter that the song or video brought you.
This is exactly what Mary Magdalene did when she saw that Jesus had risen from the grave. She immediately went and told the disciples the news that Jesus was alive. She shared the miracle that had happened because she didn’t want to keep it to herself.
Have you accepted the love that Jesus has offered you? If yes, who do you need to tell about what Jesus has done? If not, talk with your small group leader, mentor, or parent about what it means to begin to follow Jesus today.
