The Gratitude Challengeਨਮੂਨਾ

Gratitude is a learned skill. THAT is something we can be grateful for today.
Together, we’re learning how to become more grateful. What you’ll learn in the video today is how much we actually NEED gratitude. Interestingly, it’s not extra credit or optional as followers of Jesus. Gratitude is the way God calls us to live and it’s a skill we get to learn.
To make the point, little children are often innately great at saying words like ‘no’ and ‘mine.’ However, you don’t routinely hear them saying, ‘Thanks.’ This makes the point that gratitude is a learned trait. It’s cultivated, grown over time. John puts it this way: “We must be brought up to be grateful.”
Check out today’s video, then we want to invite you to write a list of three things you’re grateful for today. Spend time pausing and reflecting on each thing or person you write. Thank God for them. Ask that He would open your eyes to even more you can be thankful for.
