The Now Generation Leaderਨਮੂਨਾ

Staying Humble and Hungry
What do you feel when you accomplish something great? There will be many times throughout your life that all your hard work on a project or goal will finally pay off. Some accomplishments will be greater than others, but each will play a part in your journey through life.
Through every success and every failure, there are two things to keep in mind:
- Great leaders must stay humble.
- Great leaders must stay hungry.
Staying humble is easier said than done. The rush of self-satisfaction is enough to fuel your inner fire to be better than everyone else. A humble leader is aware of their wins but will always avoid pride.
A hungry leader will never let themselves become full of mediocrity. God did not send His people on a mission until X number of people know Him but to have a never-ending desire to spread His love.
If at any point you find yourself content with even one person not knowing Christ because of the way you lead them, it may be time to re-evaluate your leadership style.
Challenge: A leader avoids pride and desires to bring people to Christ. Think of someone you can share Christ with this week.
