Precious Moments That Count For Eternity

DAY 14 OF 366

Prayer Brings Victory

Apostle Paul encourages us to pray always. He himself experienced victory in many areas of his life when he prayed. He was a prayer warrior. In Psalm 143:1, David prayed and experienced victory over his situation.

We have a great and living God whose ears are attentive to our prayers. Praying simply means talking to God and pouring out our hearts to Him. Hannah prayed and got victory over her barrenness. Esther prayed along with her people and found favor with the king and became a life-saving instrument to her whole community. Prayer is one of the greatest weapons against our enemy. Like Esther, you can pray along with others and give birth to great breakthroughs in your city and community.

In 2004, I had a stone in my kidney. The doctor suggested major surgery. My kidney was swollen and I had no other option but to go in for surgery. One day, while praying, I saw a vision that the kidney stone was crushed. I believed that vision and I was healed without surgery. All glory to our great and powerful God!
The Holy Spirit comes alongside us when we pray and helps us in our weaknesses When we don’t know how to pray, He prays through us (Romans 8:26). In Christ we are more than conquerors. Anna was an old widow who prayed day and night till she saw the Savior of the world. Jesus, our Lord and Savior, is the best example of living a life of prayer. He won the victory over Satan, sin, sickness and death.

Prayer
Father, in the name of Your Son, Jesus, I ask You to help me to pray and see victory over every hopeless situation in my life. Amen.

About this Plan

Precious Moments That Count For Eternity

It is our prayer that it will reveal to those who don’t know Jesus Christ, that there is a Creator and Maker of this universe, the only loving and powerful God who longs for a personal relationship with every human being. We pray that these daily readings will remind us all of the great hope and abundant joy in knowing Jesus Christ, through whom we have eternal life!
