Walking in Obedience
Perfection isn’t a demand, it’s a goal—and the essence of walking the pathway toward that objective is keeping a heart open to the Holy Spirit. He will only require obedience of you at those points He has already taught you. But you must keep sensitive to His voice, just as surely as you must walk obediently to His counsel.
Responsibility means “your ability to respond,” and where your understanding has been enlightened, your bondage to the past broken, and your commitment fully declared, He will expect you to walk as a child of the light.
The way to do so is to know the heart of God through His Word.
