Cast Your Care

“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” 1 Peter‬ ‭5:7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The Lord cares for You. He cares about your peace. In fact, He cares about what you’re worried about. He cares about every aspect of your life. He cares about your family. He cares about your destiny. He cares about you.

‭‭Third John‬ ‭1:2‬ (‭KJV‬‬) declares, “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” He cares about the health of your soul.

The Amplified Version puts it this way, “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in every way and [that your body] may keep well, even as [I know] your soul keeps well and prospers.” (3 John‬ ‭1:2‬ ‭AMPC)‬‬. May the peace of God keep you in every way. May He prosper you, keep you and make you whole.

Cast your care upon Him and let Christ give you His peace. According to Strong’s Concordance, the Greek word for “Cast” is, ‘epiriptō’ (G1977) which means “to throw upon, place upon.” Cast your care upon Christ, and let God place His Peace upon you.
