Love What Matters Sample
"Love Is Patient"
The Apostle Paul wrote 1 Corinthians as one of thirteen epistles. The date of this book ranges from 53-55 AD, during Paul’s third missionary journey. Paul had planted a church in Corinth, and within a few years the church was already in shambles with sin, money, conduct, sexual temptation, and lack of unity throughout the believers.
Paul wrote this letter in order to confront and warn about not conforming to the character of the world, but rather conforming to the character of Christ. The character of Christ is revealed through chapter thirteen since Christ is the original definition of love.
Question & Answer: Who is someone you are currently struggling with in regards to patience?
