Pornography is dangerous, and it has a way of getting you addicted.

If you are tired or scared of how tightly bound you are to pornography, you must know there is hope. But, you have to first understand that you can change not by striving but by submitting. 

Do not trust in your ability to overcome pornography.

You cannot overcome pornography by using your strength – it is much bigger than you. 

People tell me all the time, “I am trying so hard!” However, the Bible says, “cursed is the man who relies on his strength."

You cannot beat flesh with flesh, it can only be overcome with the help of God. Accept that you cannot do it on your own, no matter how hard you try; by doing so, you will find that 50% of the victory is already yours.

You can’t do it by trying harder; you have to try different.

Instead of striving, submit to the Holy Spirit and depend on His strength, His words, and His weapons.
