Take the Upper Hand

Do not let the devil play you and draw you into his game. Stop fighting Satan and his cronies from where he is, in his low position, because he is not higher than our Lord Jesus Christ. We attack him from our position of authority seated with Jesus in the highest heavens at the right hand of God the Father.

I am an ex–devil worshiper, a former general in the devil’s kingdom, sounding the trumpet so that you can get out and be set free—both you and your family. It is time to get radical. Let us no longer be stagnant, seeker friendly and politically correct. None of these will chase the devil away. Let us rise up and cause God’s enemies to be scattered.

Pray with me: 

Lord Jesus, I believe that You are the Son of God and the only way to the Father. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and rose again from the dead, and that You are seated in victory at the right hand of the Father. You are my shield and protector. No weapon formed against me will prosper.

I believe that on the cross You took on Yourself every curse that could ever come upon me. So I ask You to set me free from every curse over my life. By faith, I now receive my freedom, and I thank You for it.

I shut down every whisper and lie of the devil and his cronies against me, because the Word of the Lord says I am more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus. So, Satan, I resist you in the name of Jesus Christ.

I cover my spirit, my body, my mind, my will and my emotions in the blood of Jesus. I cover my family in the blood of Jesus. I cover my job and my career in the blood of Jesus. I cover my vehicle in the blood of Jesus and claim protection from any accidents. I decree victory over my finances. I pray the Lord will release angels from the archangel Michael’s quarters to stand guard in my home. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
