 Day One 

The Birth of Jesus - the greatest gift God has given humanity, besides salvation, is His only son! Welcome to our Christmas Devotional. As you journey together through the wonder of God’s amazing plan and provision, we pray that you have fun, whilst discovering more about God’s heart for everyone. We pray that every truth you learn through this plan will be remembered and carried with you through life, as you journey with and always follow Jesus.

‘An Angel Visits Mary’ in the Beginners Bible (pages 266-270) or in Luke 1:26-38.

God sent the angel Gabriel to give Mary a message. 

Gabriel told her that she was going to have a baby boy, and to name the baby Jesus.

This was going to be a special baby - He’s God’s son. 

ASK:

How do you think Mary felt when she saw the Angel Gabriel?

REMEMBER:

But the angel reassured them, saying, “Don’t be afraid. For I have come to bring you good news, the most joyous news the world has ever heard! And it is for everyone everywhere! (Luke 2:10)

SAY:

Thank you God that you sent your Son, 

Help us to remember whilst we have fun. 

Give us the courage to share the Greatest news,

With Everyone, Everywhere, that all may hear,                             

As we shout it from the rooftops, loud and clear!
