Beyond: Living UnshakableSample

As we begin to reprioritize and balance our lives to be centered on loving God, walk towards and in the calling He sets before us, and trust Holy Spirit to yield the fruit of self-control for tending to our bodies, an unshakable foundation, deeply rooted in love, is laid. With this foundation, we are now better able to love our families, co-workers and those we minister with. Living intentional in all areas of our lives and trusting Holy Spirit to balance as Jesus desires, we truly begin to go beyond with Jesus and live unshakable! As such, any atmosphere we enter should shift in response to the immovable kingdom presence of God emanating from within.

Our homes should be a place where love is cultivated and prove to be a resting place for our spouse, a nurturing place for our children, and a space where all who enter, leave feeling filled, refreshed and revived. Each component, balanced and properly prioritized (not in a legalistic or earning-salvation kind of way), and aligned with the law of Love and fruit of the Spirit self-control, will cause us to radiate Jesus and His unshakable Kingdom outside of our homes. The grocery, gas station, doctor’s office, school function, church gathering and the like, should all be influenced by the unshakable presence of Jesus we carry into each space.

The kingdom presence of Jesus in and through us should shake the prison doors of those captive in their thoughts, emotions, addictions, and lifestyles devoid of Jesus as Lord. Hell should recognize Christ within us and flee from our lives. Evil should flee from the lives of those being tormented around us. Righteousness, peace and joy (God’s Kingdom) should subdue, shake off and push back immorality, anxiety and sorrow from the lives of those we engage with. As we seek to align with God’s heart, we will live unshakable. We will no longer be tossed about by every wind and storm. No, we will not be moved. We will remain steady. We will have confidence in Jesus to provide goodness, tranquility and jubilee in our lives and for others. Trust will swell as we are fortified, and the lives of others are reinforced to unshakable as well! Stone by stone, soul by soul, He establishes His unshakable Kingdom on earth, as it is in heaven!

You are rising like the perfectly fitted stones of the temple;[m] and your lives are being built up together upon the ideal foundation laid by the apostles and prophets, and best of all, you are connected to the Head Cornerstone of the building, the Anointed One, Jesus Christ himself! Ephesians 2:20 TPT.

Prayer: Father, thank You for providing the way for my life to be lived upon an unshakable foundation! Thank You for causing me to rise with the family of God as perfectly fit stones – Your collective temple. Holy Spirit, cause me to so emanate the life of Christ, free captives, and cause demons to flee. May peace, joy and righteousness prevail wherever I go. Father, cause me to be aware and intentional as I move about in my home, community, county, region, state and nation. Transform this awareness into a desire to do what I see You lovingly doing, and speak what I hear You lovingly speaking, for the sake of those around me. Jesus, help me to lay down my life for You, as You laid down Your life for me. In Your Name I pray, amen.
