YEAH NAH: Saying Yes to God & No to the WorldSample
“...you have come to your royal position for such a time as this”
Esther was a bold young woman who was set apart for God. God used Esther to save her whole nation from death. In a situation of hopelessness and fear, God set Esther apart to save her people.
Is life in your family really hard? Are you the only Christian in your family? Is your home is a constant place of conflict? When it feels like everything is falling apart, Jesus is right beside you. He can bring you peace when your family is in chaos. He can bring you joy when your house is a place of sadness. Jesus cares for you, and loves you deeply, and He also loves your family.
The incredible, transforming love of Jesus we've experienced isn't just for us; it's for our whole families. God has positioned you to be a light in the darkness. How can you be set apart in your family? You can be a light to your family by encouraging them, by being kind to your parents when you don't feel like it, by loving your siblings when they offend you, by praying for them to know Jesus, or by inviting them to church. Whether your family knows Jesus or not, you can be set apart. You are positioned to shine the light of Jesus in a dark situation.
