Leadership In CrisisSample
Turn Not Your Heart.
“But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them; I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it.” Deuteronomy 30:17-18 KJV
Go and possess the land. Possess the Promise that God has given you. Possess what God has declared to you. Choose to sit still, seek His Face, and pursue the Promise. Choose not to serve other gods. Let not your heart worship other idols. Let not your heart magnify and worship your fears. Let not your heart follow after the things of this world.
Deuteronomy 30:17 KJV commands us not to be drawn away by the things, cares, worries, idols, and treasures of this world. Choose to follow Christ. Choose to surrender to Him. Choose to follow His Footsteps. Choose to follow His Blueprint. Let His Framework lead your life. Let His Framework lead your course.
Let not your heart turn to the entanglements of this world. Choose to be led by the One who created the world itself. God saw the storm before it ever formed. God saw the circumstance before it ever manifested. Choose to trust in the One who wasn’t surprised by the storm. Nothing catches God by surprise. Choose to lead your house by the orders and footsteps of Christ. Turn your heart to Him. Seek His Wisdom in times of turmoil.
