7 Days of Experiencing God’s Infinite Grace

DAY 1 OF 7

You’re in there somewhere

The LORD will work out His plans for my life—for Your faithful love, O LORD, endures forever. Don't abandon me, for You made me.
Psalm 138:8

“I feel useless. My life’s going nowhere. I just don’t have it in me to reach for the stupid stars!” If your thoughts have gone down these kinds of dirt roads, maybe you need to stop them in their tracks and hear the truth:

God’s strands of wonder are woven into your DNA. In conceptualizing the universe, He dreamed you up too. He’s a faithful Father and Creator, never abandoning His children or His creation. All the potential in you—He placed it there in the first place. Why would He not fulfill His purposes in you and through you, as you surrender your dreams (crazy or legit) to Him? Beneath your imperfection is the Christ-like person God created you to be. You can freely enjoy spending the rest of your life becoming that masterpiece.

Food for Thought: Six of the best.

Exercises targeting your abdomen can tone and strengthen those muscles, but if there was a quick fix for killer abs, surely we’d see more six packs and fewer beer bellies. Our bodies can’t slim down in one area exclusively. Fat loss is a full body phenomenon. To minimize belly fat? Lose fat all over. How? By the myth-free approach of combining cardiovascular training, resistance training and selective calorie choice. You definitely have a six pack; it may just be hiding beneath some unnecessary padding!

Day 2

About this Plan

7 Days of Experiencing God’s Infinite Grace

God has knitted you in your mother’s womb; your DNA and your personality were all handcrafted by the Creator Himself. Everything about you is an expression of God’s grace. In the next seven days, medical professional Dr. Michael Mol and Dalene Reyburn will indicate how you should take care of your mind, body and soul, because all three are a gift from God.
