The Just Shall Live By Faith.

When you surrender your life to Christ, He will lead and guide your footsteps. When you obey and follow His Word — He will lead and light your path. Choose to live by faith. Choose to read and digest God’s Word daily. 

As you read His Word, God will unveil His principles and precepts for you to follow. His Word will transform your old way of thinking and give you a whole new framework to follow — His Framework. 

Romans‬ ‭1:17‬ ‭NIV‬‬ declares, “For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed—a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: The righteous will live by faith.” 

The Gospel, the Good News is revealed through the Word of God. The logos, or the written Word of God, lays out the blueprint of life. His Word is Life. His Word is Truth. His Word holds the answers to what our spirit craves. When we pick up the Word of God, digest it, meditate on it and personalize it — by applying His Word to our daily lives — God reveals His Word to us in an intimate and personal way. 

The rhema Word of God is known as the spoken or revealed Word of God. Logos is the written Word. The rhema, or the revealed Word of God is backed up by the “logos” written Word of God. Revelation is always backed up by the written. And God is the Source of it all. 

When you surrender your life to Christ, and as you walk with Him, God will reveal His Word (rhema) to you. Through reading His written Word (logos), the Word of God will come alive within the very depths of your heart and soul. As you pattern your life after His written Word (logos), and apply the principles and precepts to your life, what is written (logos) becomes relevant and God reveals (rhema) Himself to you and through you. 

When you follow and obey His Word your life becomes a living testament for others to follow. When you follow and obey God’s Word in private, He will lead you and reward you in public. As walking epistles, we are living testaments to God’s goodness, His greatness and His glory and kindness. 

The just, or those in right standing with God, shall continually live by faith, confidence, trust and total reliance in God. 

“For in the Gospel a righteousness which God ascribes is revealed, both springing from faith and leading to faith [disclosed through the way of faith that arouses to more faith]. As it is written, The man who through faith is just and upright shall live and shall live by faith.” Romans‬ ‭1:17‬ ‭AMPC‬‬. 

Study to know God. Study Him. Stay close to Him. Digest His Word. Treasure His Word. Hide His Word within the borders and framework of your heart. Lay at His feet. Humble yourself and surrender to Him. The just, those in right standing with God, shall live by and eat by faith.
