ANXIETY & A HEAVENLY FOCUS

All of us have felt anxiety in real ways. It's a part of our natural human existence. While there can be many factors to it, Jesus makes an interesting connection about worry/anxiety & having an eternal focus.

Having a higher trust in God can actually impact the worry and anxiety we feel. Putting our focus on God's mission, having a heavenly focus, can give us a different perspective and decrease our anxiety.

You can say this prayer to God: "God, help me to shift my perspective to focus more on your mission. Give me a heavenly & eternal perspective. I trust you!"
