Have You Made Reservations?

When we travel it is so wonderful to have accommodation reservations at the end of our destination. A sense of security, confidence, and peace awaits us after our long journey when we see our name on the register and the clerk hands us the key to our room. When the Blood of the Lamb has redeemed a person who has asked forgiveness of sins, repentant, and trusting Jesus as his or her Savior, then we have reservations in heaven.

Angels rejoice, and a room is prepared for us. Our bill has been paid in full because Jesus paid the price on Calvary. Eternal life is ours!

Prayer: Thank you, Jesus, for your salvation and redemption. Thank you for the promise of eternal life and writing my name in the Book of Life. Help me to be faithful in the calling you have given me, and I am holding to the promise of a new home in heaven with you. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
