There will come a time in your life where you must stand for truth when others hide from it; this will require supernatural boldness. Anyone who would desire to change the convictions of others must first be unashamed of their own. Boldness is a predecessor to impact. Boldness is not equivalent to the person who yells the loudest, talks the longest, or fights the hardest. People who hold signs filled with hate and scream about hell with a bullhorn have hurt Christianity. This kind of people are not bold, but foolish. You must be both bold about what God has done for you, and as loving to others as He has been to you. Jesus exemplified true boldness when Pilate asked him “Are you the messiah?” and he answered, “I AM”. Jesus spoke the truth with quiet strength and humility. A bold Christian is one who has a quiet confidence in what Jesus has done, and will not be moved. This allows them to change the world without being changed by it. “If you are ashamed of me in front of men, I will be ashamed of you in front of my Father in heaven.” - Jesus
