How do we “enter into God’s presence”? WORSHIP! We read in 2 Chronicles 5 the priests had joined together to praise and give thanks to the Lord, by singing, playing instruments, and raising their voices to the Lord. They sang of His goodness and enduring love and the presence of the Lord entered the Temple – so full the service came to an end.
In Ephesians, we read we are joined together to become the holy temple of the Lord and because of Christ, we can boldly and confidently enter the presence of God. We are the temple of God! Do you know what this means? We can worship the Lord (outside of Sunday morning service even) and the Lord’s presence could FILL us to the point where our hearts and minds and worship may very well be arrested because of how FULL He fills us! WOW!
You might be asking, if He His presence to fill me, how is it I am to enter into His presence? John 17:22-24 comes to mind…
“I have given them the glory you gave me, so they may be one as we are one. 23 I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me. 24 Father, I want these whom you have given me to be with me where I am. Then they can see all the glory you gave me because you loved me even before the world began! "
Prayer: Heavenly Father, call us into Your presence with our worship. You ARE soo good and Your faithful love DOES endure forever!!! Thank you for making a way for our bodies to become Your temple, the place in which You dwell and the place in which You desire to FILL with Your presence! Fill us, Lord! Cause us to worship and praise You with courage, whenever and wherever we are, not reserving it for only a few songs on the Sabbath. God, You are SO Good! It can’t be said enough! Compel us to boldly enter Your presence with our praises and trust You have the power to fill us to the point where our hearts and minds are arrested and stand in awe of Your beautiful LOVE. Thank You, Jesus Christ, Amen!

Each day you will be encouraged to ask questions, seek answers in God and His Word, and identify the step YOU sense the Holy Spirit compelling you to take. Courage accompanies ACTION, and Christ reveals to us where to move next, while the Holy Spirit empowers us to do so!
