Look back over the last week and give thanks to God for the ways he has enabled you to offer your everyday life as worship.

One of the most important ways in which we learn is to reflect on our experience. It enables us to explore why we found certain things hard or easy, and think through how we can better prepare to put our learning into practice in the weeks to come. Offering our lives as a living sacrifice is not a once and for all event, it is a commitment we practise every day.
