Usually, when we think of who is blessed, our minds go to those who have done something extraordinary. They’ve gained success, made major achievements, or are well-known worldwide. But what if there’s more to it?

Take Mary, for example! When we look at her story—a pregnant, unmarried teenage mother leaving her country with her fiancée to give birth to a child she didn’t plan for in a way she didn’t expect—it doesn’t scream blessed, does it?
