Who Goes to Heaven

8 पैकी 3 दिवस

Today, I want to share with you some reflections on the transformative grace of God, centered on our series about who goes to heaven.

The foundational verse for our reflection today is 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 (NTV), which reminds us that no matter who we are or what we have done, God can transform and perfect us.

Throughout our series, we have explored different perspectives on who goes to heaven. But have you ever stopped to think about who you really want to see there? We all have people we would prefer to avoid meeting in that sacred place.

It is crucial to remember that the decision of who will be in heaven does not depend on our judgment, but on God Himself. Often, we would be surprised to see whom God has chosen to be with Him for eternity.

Imagine finding yourself in heaven with someone you don't get along with on Earth. What would happen? Heaven is not a place for hypocrites, but for those transformed by the love and grace of God. We all have our lists of people we would or would not like to see there. But what if the people who go to heaven are not the ones we expect?

In reality, our expectations about who goes to heaven often do not align with biblical truth. God has the power to transform imperfect people and make them righteous through His grace. This means that no matter who we are or what we have done, God can perfect us for His glory.

I invite you to reflect on these questions: How do you feel considering that the people who will go to heaven may not be the ones you expect? And what does it mean for you to be transformed by God and made righteous through Christ Jesus?

In your daily life, take time to pray for those you may not want to see in heaven. Ask God to help you see them with His eyes of love and redemption, recognizing that we all need His transformative grace.
