Reflection Prayer
Gratitude: Begin the prayer by grounding yourself in gratitude. Become aware of the gifts of this day, no matter how small they may appear. Thank God for these blessings, and recognize His presence in every moment.
Ask for Light: Pray for the grace to see your day through the lens of the Gospel. Ask for insight into how the themes of betrayal, sacrifice, and forgiveness have overlapped with your daily experiences.
Review the Day: With the passage in mind, review your day.
Betrayal: Consider moments when you might have felt betrayed or have betrayed others, even in small ways. Reflect on your feelings and reactions.
Sacrifice: Think about the sacrifices you have made today.
Respond: Talk to God about what you've noticed. If you have identified moments of challenge or grace, bring them to God. Ask for forgiveness where needed and express your gratitude for moments of love that you have experienced.
Hopeful Intention: Inspired by Jesus' example, decide to make a specific change in your life tomorrow. It could be a commitment to be more faithful in small things, offer forgiveness where it's needed, or more fully embrace the relationship to which God invites you.
Conclude with a prayer of thanksgiving for God's endless mercy and for the grace to live out your decision. Ask for the grace to live the love and commitment that Jesus showed during the meal with his disciples.

या योजनेविषयी
During Holy Week we follow Jesus in the last days before His crucifixion. With symbols in His daily interactions, conversations, and deeds we identify with His suffering. This journey invites you to watch a devotional in the morning and do a guided reflection prayer in the evening.
