Love God Greatly: You Are Forgivenनमुना

SOAP – Ephesians 1:7
God has gifted us with our greatest needs – reconciliation with Himself and forgiveness of our sins. God’s divine plan is to restore His people to Himself through the provision of His Son. Because of sin, we are separated from God. The cost of sin before our just God is death. Jesus Christ suffered the wrath of God in our place so that we would not only be freed from sin, but also be reunited with God. God Himself gave Himself to save us from Himself.

In what ways can you express your gratitude to Jesus for His sacrifice? Begin each prayer of thanksgiving by honoring and praising God for the sacrifice of His Son, Jesus Christ, for your very soul. What a privilege it is to stand boldly before God as His child. We owe Jesus our everything.

Father God, I thank You for the depths of Your grace and mercy. I thank You for sacrificing Your perfect Son in order to save me, Your imperfect daughter. You alone are worthy of all of my honor, all of my glory, and all of my praise. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
