Love God Greatly: Shame Breakerनमुना

Can you imagine bleeding for years on end, not knowing what was wrong and not having a cure? On top of all of that, she was considered unclean, unable to be part of the community, attend worship, or even touch someone else. 

This woman is an example of someone with great faith. While she did not feel confident or maybe even worthy to talk to Jesus and ask for healing, she believed if she could touch the hem of His robe she would be healed. What an amazing moment—to be healed and to have Jesus acknowledge your faith. This changed her life physically, spiritually, and socially. God healed not only her physical suffering, but also by calling her forward, He restored her to her community, declaring her clean. 

How confident are you that God can work amazing things in your life? Ask Him to give you the faith to believe that He can do beyond anything you can ask. Even in our most vulnerable positions, God can overcome and redeem any situation. 

Lord, my faith is nowhere nearly as strong as it should be. I doubt too much, and I struggle to ask for You to work in big ways because I struggle with doubt. Give me the kind of faith this woman had and cause me to act in bold ways. Amen.
