When we are scared, hurt, or sad, it is so much better when we have friends and family who can help us.
We see this clearly in this story. Moses needed Aaron and Hur to help him, so they could win the battle. God could have won this battle any way He wanted, but He chose to show us the power of having friends and family help us when things are hard.
