Let's Celebrate The True Christmas!नमुना
The true meaning of Christmas
Do you know the Christmas carol called “Oh Come, All Ye Faithful”?
“O come, all ye faithful,
Joyful and triumphant,
O come ye, O come ye to Bethlehem!
Come, and behold Him,
Born the King of Angels!
O come, let us adore Him;
O come, let us adore Him;
O come, let us adore Him,
Christ the Lord.”
These wonderful lyrics speak to us of our wonderful Savior. Jesus is the chief cornerstone, the turning point of history, the heart transformer, the Prince of Peace, the way, the truth, and the life. The One who says,
“The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me, for the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed.” (Isaiah 61:1)
These marvelous lyrics also remind us of another wonder: we are God’s people! We are the family of the King! We also can declare, just like Jesus our Savior,
“The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me, for the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed.” (Isaiah 61:1)
Christmas is the celebration of shared love in grace, compassion, and faith. Christmas is the good news brought to the brokenhearted.
Christmas is also an especially difficult time for those who are alone, those who lack resources, those who are sick or discouraged. Will you see them through eyes of compassion? With the same gaze Jesus has as He looks upon you?
You are the hands, the feet, of Jesus on this Earth. You are His gaze full of compassion; you are His heart full of love. He has sent you to comfort the brokenhearted! So, this Christmas, do what you’ve been created to do...love! Because loving others brings them life!
Thanks for existing!

Everywhere, festive lights illuminate the streets, the fragrance of pine and cinnamon fills the air, and for several weeks, Christmas carols have returned to the radio. Each of these carols seems more beautiful than the last, and this week I’d like to (re)discover these lyrics that magnify the person of Jesus, our Savior.
