9 Keys to Walking in Christनमुना
Key 1 - Walking In New Life.
Your new life in Christ is truly a gift from God. He’s saved you from the wages of sin and now He’s given you the blessing of a fresh start!
Just as a young child learns to take their first steps under the watchful, loving and encouraging eyes of their parents, your loving Heavenly Father encourages you to take your first steps of faith and to keep on growing.
One of the biggest hindrances to walking in new life is trying to hang on to your old life by walking in the same ways you used to walk. To successfully walk in your new life in Christ, you have to continually choose to put off your old self and put on the new one. God is in the business of transforming lives through the power of His Holy Spirit and as you seek Him, He will help you every step of the way. Together you will create new habits to walk more effectively in Him.
You need to trust Him because He always has something better for you. He replaces the old things with the tools you need such as His Word, His Holy Spirit, prayer, and the Body of Christ!
The new life He’s given you is the first key to walking in Christ. May you purpose to live and walk as the new creation that you are, and may you trust God in the process knowing He will help you unlock the many keys you need to successfully walk in Him!
Questions to get started with: Do I want to walk in the new life He’s given me? Or, do I want to hang on to the old life? What tools has God given me to successfully walk in Him? What do the scriptures I just read teach me about walking in new Life? What do I need to do differently in order to more effectively walk in my new life in Christ?
