Love God Greatly Truth Over Lies

DAY 15 OF 41

Read: Exodus 3:1-14; Exodus 4:1-11; 1 Peter 2:9; Philippians 4:13; Ephesians 2:10

SOAP: Exodus 4:11

A lie we often believe about ourselves is that we are not enough. You are not_______ enough. Immediately, a little lie probably crept into your mind. Inadequacy, incompetency, insufficiency. Even some of the greatest Biblical leaders struggled with believing this lie about themselves. When God called Moses to lead the Hebrew people out of Egypt, the chosen leader gave many reasons why he was incapable to perform the job. Even in Moses’ unbelief, God assured him of His presence, of His provision, and of His preparation. Whatever God’s calling is on Your life, you are enough…because of Him. So when you find yourself feeling like you “aren’t enough” lean in a little closer into Jesus. Remember, you are chosen, not because of what you’ve done, but because of God’s gracious love and plan for your life. God will equip you with what you need to complete the purpose He has for your life.

So next time, when you find yourself doubting if you are enough, remember that Christ gives you the strength to face and do anything. God has planned the course of your life to do remarkable things for Him and He will equip you with just what you need.

In what area are you struggling with feeling like you are not enough? Take a moment to hand that over to God…lean in a little closer and let Him be all that you need.

Father God, it is so easy to feel that we are not enough in this world or for You. I often focus on my faults rather than the gifts You have given me. Help me praise You for how You made me uniquely in Your image. Thank You for Your presence, provision, and preparation for all You have called me to do. I love You Lord. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Love God Greatly Truth Over Lies

Friends, I invite you to join me on this journey, in this battle of fighting against lies and discovering the beautiful Truth found in God’s Word. Truth that will set our hearts and minds free. Free to love who we are because of Christ and free to embrace the love He has for us. Freedom is found in truth. Bondage is found in lies.
