Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it.

The Bible promises that God sends angels to protect His children. He did so in biblical times, and nothing has changed since then. Our beloved heavenly Father still sends emissaries to guide and protect His own.

Perhaps you don’t spend much time contemplating the possibility that an angel might be nearby, serving the Creator while protecting you. Or maybe you’ve convinced yourself that God’s angels have all gone into retirement. If so, think again. God is still at work, molding His universe and guiding His believers. And He’s still using angels to help accomplish His plans.

Even when we are frustrated by our inability to understand a circumstance or event, there are unseen angels bringing comfort and protection as directed by . . . God.
