Leadership Lessons From a Roman CenturionПримерок

Leadership Lessons from a Roman Centurion―Part I
Imagine - what would it have taken to impress Jesus? Yet, there was a man in Luke 7 whom Jesus marveled over. This impressive leader wasn’t even a Jew, but instead, a Roman Centurion.
In this brief story, we learn of a military leader, who commanded hundreds, asking Jesus to heal his servant. This man models several qualities which may help each of us become better leaders.
In Luke 7:2, we read, “And a centurion’s slave, who was highly regarded by him, was sick and about to die.”
The first quality of note is this Centurion’s compassion. We learn that he highly regarded his slave and cared enough to pursue divine healing. This was uncommon and compassionate.
How far would you go to care for each member of your team?
