There are times when God works His refreshing through His creation. Other times it is through the sending of people to be Christ to us in our world. This was Paul’s joy with Philemon. Who are the people that have been your refreshment? To whom have you been a refreshment?

Thank God for the people He has put in your life. 

Ask God, to whom are you to reach out with a message of refreshing today? Pray for them.

Message, email, call or write to them what is in your heart for their refreshment. Don’t expect a reply - as God desires, let them be refreshed freely.
