PRINCIPLES OF FAITH FOR SUPERNATURAL LIVING

I want you to understand that crises are bound to happen in this world. However, God has a separate package for believers. Following the principles of faith, you will be above and ahead of every storm in life. If you ever find yourself in the middle of a storm, living by the principles of faith would have you already wrapped up in the instructions and directions of God. These practices are essential to living in faith:

Principle 1 – Leadership by your born-again spirit

Jesus said, “…Let us go over to the other side;” with this, He set the future course for Himself and His followers. Ask yourself this critical question, “Who sets the course of my life?”

Settle this position of leadership clearly and early in life. Let your Spirit lead, and your soul and body should follow. Your Spirit-man inside you may be directing you to do something contrary to what your brain and education inform you to do. In that case, follow your Spirit. After your Spirit catches a revelation from God, then let your mind pursue knowledge in the direction set by your Spirit. For example, If God tells you to open a restaurant, that is a revelation. Now, go and study how to run a restaurant.

Corporately, the Holy Spirit is our overall leader. The Holy Spirit and the Word of God are always in agreement. If any direction claims to be of the Holy Spirit, but contradicts the Word of God, reject such a course of decision.

Prayer: Father, lead me on in your will by your Spirit and Word into your plans for my life. Amen!
