Let Christ Steer Your Ship. 

“Behold also the ships, which though they be so great, and are driven of fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm, whithersoever the governor listeth. Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!” James‬ ‭3:4-5‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Behold the great and mighty ships—they are turned about with a very small helm. The helm of a ship turns and directs the course of a ship. Your words matter. Choose to let His Word steer the ship of your life. Proverbs‬ ‭18:21‬ ‭KJV‬‬ declares, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”

Death and life, success and defeat, are in the power of your tongue. Choose to put His Word in your mouth. Choose to follow the Father’s voice. Choose to heed to His instruction. Choose to fear and honor Him. Choose to fear and honor His Word. John‬ ‭6:63‬ ‭KJV‬‬ declares, “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.” His Word is life. Choose life.
