COME UP HIGHER: A NEW BEGINNING

The Christian journey is not static; it is a constant invitation to step into deeper fellowship, greater service, and a more profound understanding of His Will. Just as John was called to see things from a Heavenly perspective (Revelation 4:1), so are we encouraged to rise above the mundane and set our eyes on the Eternal.

What does it mean to “come up higher”? It means moving beyond the limitations of past experiences and entering the realm of God’s possibilities. It is a Call to leave behind fears, doubts, and spiritual stagnation. Like an eagle, you are created to soar above storms, seeing life from a vantage point where God’s Purpose becomes clearer. You cannot climb higher without releasing the weights that pull you down, such as unproductive habits, negative influences, or unresolved fears.

Through this devotional, resolve to grow in Faith, Wisdom, and Love. Each step higher brings a clearer view of God’s Plans and a deeper awareness of His Presence. The journey may challenge you, but the reward is eternal. When Paul reflected on his journey, he encouraged believers to forget what is behind and press toward the goal of the upward Call in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:13-14). This pressing forward requires intentionality and faith in God’s Power to enable the ascent.

Remember, God equips those He calls, and His Power is perfected in your weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Begin with the determination to rise higher, trusting God to guide you into His Perfect Will.
