Recognizing our calling can be a bit like trying to tune into a radio station—sometimes it’s clear, and other times it’s just static. But here’s the good news: God has a unique plan just for you. Seriously, a custom-designed journey that fits you like your favorite pair of jeans.

Jeremiah reminds us that God’s plans are meant to give us hope and a future. That means your calling isn’t some impossible task but something that aligns with who you are at your core. Just like how David was already ready to go when Goliath showed up. It’s who he was, not something he had to manufacture.

Understand that when God calls you to step out into something that feels a little unknown and scary, he’s already been preparing you for the moment you’re in. Esther is another good example. She was already the Queen when she needed to plead with the King to save the Jews. God had her in that position, so when the time came, she was ready.

Prayer:

God, thank You for having a special plan just for me. Help me to tune into what You’re calling me to do. Open my eyes and heart to recognize the opportunities You place before me. Whether I am feeling excited, nervous, or anything else, I know you are with me!
