What does God say about our anxious thoughts?

THINK

When you're worried about something, what do you do about it?

  • I tell a friend or someone else I trust.
  • I talk to God.
  • I try to fix the problem.
  • It depends what I'm worried about.
  • I pretend I'm okay (but I'm not really).

DO

Tell God about anything you're worrying about right now, big things or small things.

How do you feel after doing that?

  • I feel better about them now.
  • I'm still worried, but I'm trusting God.
  • I can't stop worrying.
  • I don't think God heard me.

PRAY

Help me to tell You everything I'm worried about. It's hard, but I can trust You to take away my worry and fear.
