God and Man

Sometimes our faith in mankind gets a little shaky, and it's because men are flawed. Even a good person will let us down at times. When we base our perception of God on our experiences with other people, we will inevitably, be disappointed. But God is a far cry from any human! He cannot lie. He cannot make mistakes. He cannot be anything but good. Every breath we take, every step we take, every moment of our lives, God is constantly working for our good. If He promised it, we can be certain He will deliver on that promise, no matter what.

Prayer: Dear Father, forgive me for ever doubting You. I know You will keep all Your promises to me. I trust You, and I know You are good. Help me relax in that knowledge. Amen.
