Unleashed—Reaching The Youth Of Your Cityಮಾದರಿ
Wrestle To Rescue The Lost
Prayer is like going to heaven’s armory and getting ourselves upgraded with the best ammunitions to handle a particular person or a situation. Youngsters of the post-modern generation are in search of joy by experimenting everything else except God. Every young man questions the existence of God with logical reasoning, argues about the doctrine of God and rebels against the idea of believing in an all-knowing, all-powerful, almighty, all-sufficient God who can rescue them from the clutches of sin. In Fact, the young minds of the postmodern world do not even realize their state of sin—that they desperately need a God who can save them. Every conversation about God begins with an argument or debate because minds are saturated with lies about a God who said I am the way, the truth and the life.
The advancement of the Kingdom of God into these minds is possible only when we wield the weapon of prayer. Youth ministry is not about eating pizza and playing basketball but is a war against strongholds, presumptions, lies and schemes of the enemy against the plan of God in every individual’s life. The best plans for Kingdom building do not originate in a sophisticated board room but in a prayer room. The tools that God has given to us are not for marketing or manipulation but they are for demolishing corrupt culture and warped philosophies. We will not be able to win their minds through arguments but through prayer we will see minds will be captivated by the Glory and beauty of Christ.
