What Jesus Said About Our Calling to Be Disciple-Makersಮಾದರಿ
Suggestion
1. Ask three friends to do this study with you. (Men and women are in separate groups of 4 each.)
2. Everybody does the study on their own.
3. When all 4 finished the study, meet and discuss what you have discovered.
4. It is of utmost importance to move from information to obedience. Studying the Bible gives information and revelation. Obedience is the practical application. Discuss how to apply what you have discovered.
5. This is study No.25 in the series. Consider doing all 25 studies in this series.
6. Can you think of people who may benefit from these studies? Contact them. Encourage them to gather four people and do this series of Bible Studies.
7. These Bible studies will help you grow as a disciple and a disciple-maker, giving you practical guidelines to lead others to the Lord and make them disciples and disciple-makers.
What Jesus said about being disciple-makers and our calling
The Scripture passages to study: Mark 16:9-20 and Luke 4:18-19
1. What do we learn about God from these passages? (How is God revealing Himself to us in these passages: His character, works, commands, and promises?)
2. What do I learn about myself or people from these passages? (What is God expecting from me? What needs to change in my life? What are my responsibilities?).
3. A meaningful question to ask is: Why are these passages in the Bible?
Information to obedience: Because God is speaking here, we must respond. We transition from information to obedience: What must change in my life?
1. How can I apply and integrate these truths in my life?
2. How must I obey God?
3. What and for whom can I pray from these passages?
4. Is there something I need to do in the coming week?
5. How can I be a blessing to other people around me?
6. With whom can I share what I discovered from these passages?

About this Plan
God is calling all of us to be disciple-makers. But He also has a specific calling for all of us - a specific place in the church or the world where we must live out our calling.
