A Glimpse of Infinity (Iceland Edition) - 7 Days of Photography & Prayersಮಾದರಿ
Introduction to This Series
As an author and photographer, Iceland is an extraordinary place for me. The country is home to about 10,000 waterfalls and 800,000 sheep (more sheep than humans), providing a magnificent variety of photographic wonders. Each time I've visited Iceland, God has painted incredible skies above colorful landscapes. Scenes that take my imagination to Genesis take shape before my eyes, and I can't help but cry, "Glory!", before the Creator; He is an awesome God.
My hope for this short Icelandic series is that You would take in the majestic beauty that God has created and, in response, give praise to the Creator. May our mouths be filled with His praise, and with His glory all the day (Psalm 71:8).
In the Beginning
PRAYER FOR TODAY
Almighty God, we praise Your great name. All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to You. All the families of the nations will bow down before You (Psalm 22:27). You are the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end; nothing is outside of Your purview.
With this knowledge — knowing that You hold the keys to all things — please give us more faith to trust You. Holy Spirit, help us to make decisions in complete confidence that You, our God, are right by our side. Make Your glory known as we serve You, the King of the universe.
ONE QUESTION
How often do I remind myself of God’s sovereignty over all things, including the nations and the world?
