Fulfillment: Allowing God to Meet Our Needsಮಾದರಿ
Fulfillment
The Lord fulfills us. He leads us to the people and things He predestined for our lives. Our responsibility is to seek Him first and let Him guide us to everything we need (see Matthew 6:33). He knows we need to work, eat, clean up, care for family, and be there for friends. He also knows when we could say "no" to allow more space, say "not right now" to maintain the peace He gives us, and He knows when we need discipline to prevent us from making decisions that provide temporary pleasure but do not fulfill our being. To find true fulfillment, we have to pause and first seek God. He will never withhold Himself from those who seek Him earnestly (see Psalm 84:11).
When we spend time with God, we open ourselves up to learn His will for us, fulfilling our hearts and leading us to what's next in our lives.
Pause and pray: "Holy Spirit, please reveal God's purpose for my life and fulfill me."
Another way to experience fulfillment is by spending time with other believers in Christ, attending church or a small group, worshiping God through music and praises, and engaging in fun activities. Within a community, you can share your burdens and help others as they help you. Quality time with other believers is God's will for us (see Hebrews 10:25), and it can help satisfy the emptiness you may be experiencing.
Prayer: God, thank You for loving us in ways only You can! Thank You for knowing our struggles and welcoming us into Your presence anyway. Thank You for hearing us and answering our prayers according to Your will for our lives. Please exchange emptiness for fulfillment and busyness for peace. Help us to remember how deeply You love us. In Jesus name, amen!
May God's peace be on you, with you, and around you. May you find joy in seeking His will, which provides fulfillment in your life. God bless you!
