Understanding the Power of the Communion Tableಮಾದರಿ
STAY IN FELLOWSHIP WITH THE RIGHT COMPANY OF BELIEVERS
As a child of God, don’t be careless about the fellowship you allow around you. Stay in the company of like-minded children of God either in church or in your personal life. Something always happens in the church that does not happen elsewhere. As much as it lies in your ability and capacity, do not miss the gathering together of saints (Heb. 10:25).
As the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ gets closer, people will begin to completely depart from God's presence, and you should not fall for that last day's lure of the devil. Matthew 24:12 says, “And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold”. Don’t find yourself among those fulfilling negative prophecies. Make a practice of getting into fellowship with other believers. However, understand that it is the truth that binds you together as you fellowship with other believers. While you love people as Christ loved them, don’t join anyone in error.
Fellowship originates from the Greek word Koinonia, which means communion or sharing. You should go to church to fellowship first with the Lord Jesus Christ Who saved you, the Holy Spirit, and the word of God. Fellowshipping with the word of God means taking a portion of the word of God and personalising it. Fellowshipping involves sharing with other believers, being blessed by them, and being a blessing to them.
PRAYER: Lord, I refuse the enemy’s temptation to keep me from godly fellowship in this end-time, in Jesus' name. Amen!
About this Plan
When Jesus was about to leave the world, one of the many commands he left with the believer was the Holy Communion: “Do this in remembrance of me.” Partaking of the communion table biblically makes tremendous power of God available to you, such that sickness, problems, death, and the devil will flee away. In this 31-day devotional, you will learn how to harness the power of the communion table.
