Day 1: What Is A Man of Fire?

Simply put, a man of fire is a man of Godly conviction.

A man of fire uses his Godly conviction to draw strength, perseverance, boldness, love, and wisdom to change the world. Even one solitary man of fire can set the whole world on fire and make an everlasting impact for the Kingdom of God.

Men, this is what God has called us to be.

Unfortunately, there are lots of us who never got this instruction. This is supposed to be passed down from our fathers and grandfathers so that each generation knows their mission and purpose in life. And while many fathers and grandfathers have failed to pass it on, the good news is that as long as you are still breathing it is not too late to start living out your Kingdom purpose and become a man of fire!

Some of you will be excited by this news. Others will be anxious. Some will be apprehensive and feel unworthy. Let me tell you this; you are CALLED. I don’t care about what your momma said, what your daddy said, your friends, your boss, your teachers growing up…I don’t even care what you think about yourself. The maker of the entire universe has called your number. And that is good enough.

So prepare yourself for action because you have a job to do. Pray that God would give you wisdom and understanding as you go through this devotional.

This journey will not be easy. In fact part of the process, as you will see, in becoming a man of fire is getting set on fire yourself which is never fun. But if you stick with God, don’t give up, and trust Him in the journey it will be way more worth it than you can imagine.
