Becoming a Son That Pleases the Fatherಮಾದರಿ
DON’T GLORY IN PHYSICAL CREDENTIALS (2)
You might be a very beautiful lady who can easily get men to respond however you want, but you can't use that beauty to do the work of God when you come under the anointing of God. Though you are still beautiful, you have to cross from depending on your beauty to total dependence on God. The time it takes you to make that switch is exactly how long it will take before God can use you and anoint you seriously.
As human beings, we have some natural abilities that cannot work with the glory and power of God. When David was going to face Goliath, Saul gave him a coat of mail that the warriors put on. David tried to put it on but realised he couldn’t walk with it (1 Sam. 17:38-39). There are natural equipment and demonic equipment, but God wants us to work with divine equipment because He cannot use the first two. In many churches today, there are very few divine activities because they bring natural equipment to perform divine activities.
There may be someone who depends on his natural ability to do the work of God and another person without a natural ability who thinks God can’t use him. Both are wrong! On the lower level of life, someone is either going to boast of what he has or feel inferior because of what he lacks. God will not use what you have that gives you a reason to boast, neither will He use what you don't have that makes you feel inferior. It is what God wants to give you that you need. You will step up from being a child to becoming a son that God can use when you understand this truth.
PRAYER: Lord, I continue to depend on You. I will not boast about my ability or feel inferior because of my inadequacies, in Jesus’ name. Amen!
