Day 2:
Have we become so well adjusted to the Culture?
It’s time for us to look within ourselves and see the areas of our life where we’ve allowed culture to come in and influence us. The things of this world are constantly pressing us to conform to its ways. But we must remain steadfast in the word of God. We cannot get comfortable with this culture, with society, or with the trends of social media. We must stay where God has called us to be as Christians.
Prayer: Holy Spirit, I ask you to open my eyes to see the areas that I have let this world or this culture influence me. Convict my heart and draw me closer to you. In Jesus' Name, Amen!
About this Plan
I believe it’s time for a greater separation, consecration, and dedication to the things of God and the Word of God. This devotional, from my book “Culture Cleanse,” is meant to empower the believer to resist the temptation of being well-adjusted to and comfortable with the things of this world, and to now take a greater stand for the things of God! Let the cleansing begin!
